What stays in your browser
The question you write, your casts and your history are stored only in your browser (local storage). They are not sent to any server and the owner cannot see them. You can delete them with "Clear history" or by clearing the site data in your browser.
Waitlist data
If you leave your email in the "Personalised interpretation" form, three items are stored: your email address, the language of the page (es or en) and the date and time you gave your consent. Nothing else about you is stored, not your question and not your cast.
Purpose
To send you one notification when the personalised interpretation is available, and to measure whether that feature is of interest. The data is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to pauloc@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing done before it. When we receive it, your email is deleted.
Where the data is stored
In Cloudflare D1, a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., which also hosts the site. Cloudflare acts as a data processor.
Retention
Until the feature is available and the notification is sent, after which the list is emptied; until the project is closed, when the list is also emptied; or earlier, if you ask.
Count of dialog opens
Each time you open the form, an event with the name "fake_door_open", the language and the date is recorded. It holds no data that identifies you.
Cookie-free analytics
The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is no cookie banner. The site sets no first-party cookies.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to pauloc@gmail.com.
Complaint to the AEPD
If you think your data is not handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
